Bookstore Return Policy

Please note the following:

• Original Receipt is required to make a return.
• Merchandise must be in the same condition as purchased.
• Discounted and sale items are non-refundable.

Textbooks

Textbook purchases made prior to or on your class start date will be refunded within 7 days from the first day of class. Textbook purchases made after the first day of class will be refunded within 48 hours.

If you have dropped your class, you have 30 days from the class start date to receive a refund. Proof of withdrawal information required. Textbooks are non-refundable if purchased during the last week of class.

If you have missed your return date, you may sell your books back in the Buyback program (original receipt required). Ask the cashier to scan your books to find out the value.

Apparel, Supplies and Gifts

Purchases will be refunded within 7 days. Please note checks take 5 business days to clear. If you have made a purchase within the 48 hours time frame, please consider another method of payment.

Before making your purchase please note some items are non-refundable. Your sales associates will notify you at the time of purchase and place a sticker on your books or a reference will be noted on your receipt.
