• Drop-In Database Training  Do you need help researching online? This monthly workshop is for anyone needing help using the library's research tools: OhioLink, ProQuest, SerialsSolutions and RefWorks.
• Drop-In FirstClass Training  Are you new to FirstClass or just haven't used it in a while? This informal training session will answer most of your questions about e-mail, course conferences, AIM and more.

• Introduction to PowerPoint   A guided hands-on introduction to basic skills is followed by a discussion of design concepts, such as organization, and visual and verbal clarity. Take advantage of PowerPoint's specialized features to make a custom presentation.
