Criteria may vary, so be sure to review each scholarship listing to determine your eligibility. For more information about Antioch's scholarships for new students or for an application, contact the Financial Aid Office at 206-268-4010, toll free at 888-268-4477 or send an e-mail to financialaid@antiochseattle.edu. $4,000 Antioch University Seattle Student Excellence Scholarship - Awarded to one new student each quarter $1,250 Corretta Scott King Scholarship — This scholarship assists students of color in attaining their dream of a meaningful education while recognizing their previous achievements and their future leadership potential. Antioch is committed to creating an inclusive environment in which every student believes in the power of education to achieve his or her fullest potential as a global citizen living a life of meaning and purpose. $2,000 National Service Scholarship — This scholarship is for new students who have contributed to one of the following national service programs: AmeriCorps, Peace Corps and VISTA. If you are a full-time AmeriCorps member, or are an AmeriCorps, VISTA or Peace Corps alumnus who has completed at least one year of full-time service, you may be eligible for a $2,000 scholarship that can be renewed for a second year. Antioch Alumni Scholarship (award amount varies) — Made possible through contributions from Antioch's alumni. $1,500 Presidential Scholarship (Awarded Fall Quarter) — Made possible through Antioch's Scholarship Endowment, this scholarship is awarded to a new graduate student entering fall quarter. Antioch gives the scholarship to a student who has demonstrated a commitment to civic engagement. It is renewable for a second year. $4,000 Sustainability Scholarship (Awarded Fall Quarter) - At Antioch University Seattle, our community is deeply committed to both social and environmental sustainability. We are making meaningful changes – within our institution and within the greater community – to pursue these values by advancing sustainability on campus, in our curriculum, and in our culture. We seek to reward students applying to any program of study at Antioch University Seattle who have demonstrated a past commitment to sustainability and plan to work on sustainability issues in the future. AmeriCorps Students in Serivce — This award is available to students who participate in community service, service-learning, or civic engagement activities. Students completing an academic internship or who volunteer regularly are encouraged to inquire. The amount of this award corresponds with the term of service that you choose, in the amounts of $1,132, $1,415, or $2,675. See www.studentsinservice.org for more information, or contact the Financial Aid department at financialaid@antiochseattle.edu AmeriCorps TEAMS — Paraprofessionals and others working in qualifying schools may receive up to $9,450 in educational stipends if pursuing degrees in the field of education.
