Financial Aid and Tuition Refunds

Refund checks for excess financial aid received by the first day of the quarter are generally available to be picked up on the first Friday of the quarter. Checks not picked up are mailed at 3 p.m. The Student Accounts Office may announce additional pickup times through Official Announcements on FirstClass e-mail. You can review the Student Account Summary in myAntioch to see if a refund is being processed for you. Refunds for payments originally made by credit card are returned to your card whenever possible. Direct deposit of refund checks is not available at this time.

Not all financial aid arrives at the beginning of the quarter. Students receiving a Pell and/or Washington State Need Grant may not receive a refund until the third week of the quarter or later.

Refunds for dropped courses are subject to Antioch's Student Financial Policies. If you receive financial aid, the terms and conditions of your financial aid also apply. Contact the Financial Aid Office for more information.

Refund checks for aid that arrives after the start of the quarter and for other credit on account are processed weekly. Checks may be picked up each Friday at Student Accounts. Checks not picked up are mailed at 3 p.m.
