The Academy for Coach Training (ACT) is a division of I & AM, LLC and is sanctioned as an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) by the International Coach Federation (ICF); is a licensed vocational school in the state of Washington; serves as an active member of the Association of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO), and upholds and honors the ICF Ethics and Standards of coaching.

Dispute Resolution Center of Snohomish and Island Counties (DRC) is an alternative justice center with extensive experience offering mediation training programs. In 1986, it became the first such dispute resolution center in Washington pursuant to state legislation RCW 7.75. Since that time, the DRC has been instrumental in the development of other dispute resolution programs in Washington and is nationally recognized for its training program in alternative dispute resolution. The Heritage Institute (THI) has been a leader in progressive continuing education programs for K-12 educators for more than 25 years. Beginning in 1977 with a handful of field studies on the natural history of Washington, programs have grown to include courses in most subject areas and teaching methodologies across the K-12 curriculum. THI is dedicated to the philosophy that educating for humanity is a necessity if we are ever to achieve meaning, heart, peace and sustainability for the human family. We must support wholeness within each person as a foundation to create unity among individuals, communities and nations, and among humans and the great natural web of life of which we are a part. Next Chapter of Puget Sound is a consortium of Seattle-King County area nonprofit organizations and government agencies that provide services and resources to those in mid-life and beyond. The framework for the program comes from Civic Ventures and their Next Chapter initiative. Seattle Jobs Initiative is a nonprofit organization that creates opportunities for people to support themselves and their families through living wage careers. All of our work is designed to eliminate barriers to good-paying, long-term work. We creatively align support services – including housing, childcare, transportation and counseling – with job skills training and job placement assistance. Our policy work supports legislative changes that improve access to training and services for low-income individuals. Through partnerships and innovative approaches, we help people chart a path to economic self-sufficiency. Staff Development for Educators (SDE) was founded by two educators with a revolutionary idea: teachers learn best from other teachers. Jim and Lillian Grant held their first teacher get-together in a school lunchroom in tiny Temple, N.H., more than two decades ago. Educators gathered from across New England to learn the best techniques from the best teachers in the region. Since then, SDE has grown to become one of America's leading providers of professional development resources for pre-K through grade 12 educators.
