Authentic Presence is an inviteCHANGE signature course designed to help you create a future of your own choice. Essentials of Professional Coaching: Apply the power of the coaching approach
Prerequisites: Come with a curious mind, a willingness to play big, and a hunger for personal development.
inviteCHANGE Essentials of Professional Coaching is an experiential, adult-learning experience that focuses on the foundations of professional coaching skills, the structures and processes of client coaching relationships and an introduction to the ICF Code of Ethics and professional conduct for the business of professional coaching.
Directly following the course participants will engage in our Peer Coaching Program. During a three-month period, two coaching relationships will occur; in one the participant is coach for another peer and in the second relationship the participant is client for a different peer. This is an excellent way to quickly integrate new skills and enjoy a safe partnership to stretch and strengthen your boldness as a coach!

Professional Presence: Generate Your Professional Signature
Prerequisites: Come with a dream about who you want to serve, a passion to imagine you thriving as a coach, and a commitment for professional development as a business leader.
inviteCHANGE Professional Presence combines business leadership skill building with the best features of a marketing master mind group as you interact with successful professional coaches sharing insight, methods and resources for planning and creating a thriving service business as a professional coach. Whether you intend to offer professional coaching from inside an organization or as an external service provider, this course will build awareness, clarity and alignment with the business leadership values most important to you and than support you to choose actions that manifest the business results you define as the measure of professional success.
Building on the insights from the workshop portion of the course, you will engage in a small group over eight weeks to construct a Business Map for developing your successful business. Participant and instructor feedback will support you in shaping a dynamic planning resource you will use for a lifetime.

Power of Transformative Coaching: Apply the Coaching Approach to Create Conscious Change
Prerequisites: Willingness to explore self fearlessly, allow the invisible to become visible and choose change consciously.
inviteCHANGE Power of Transformative Coaching will refine your competence and impact in this two-day, hands-on experiential course. Deepen skills to listen for meaning; noticing judgment and transforming it to unleash your natural curiosity; ask unconditional questions that activate innate creativity; uncover and surrender limiting beliefs.
During the next three to four month period, you will be focused on expanding the number of clients you serve and applying the new level of competence and impact you learned to create. This is also a time to engage with the Director of Training one-on-one to explore what Elective courses will satisfy areas of specialty focus that will be important for your unique offer as coach.

Be the Cause - Independent Applied Learning Experience
As a participants in the joint Antioch-inviteCHANGE certificate program you have the opportunity to design and implement a project that combines your coaching knowledge and skills and your desire to make a difference in your community.
Working closely with an inviteCHANGE instructor, Be the Cause is your chance to:
- Define, design and implement a social justice project grounded in professional coaching best practices
- Use an approach that aligns values and philosophies of inviteCHANGE and AUS
- Select readings that make explicit the connection between Social Justice and Transformative Coaching theories and their real world application
- Deepen self-awareness and discovery of their impact on society through the design and implementation of the project
- Document your learning by writing and submitting for instructor evaluation and feedback book reviews, project proposal and implementation plans, annotated bilbiography and a final reflection paper.
The Be the Cause project builds your confidence in applying coaching techniques with a population of clients that is typically underserved by professional coaches. The experience is designed to help you gain skill in assessing client needs and applying professional coaching best practices in contracting with a client and delivering coaching services. You develop an awareness of the power of coaching as a tool for forwarding social justice and individual growth. For many participants this process is also a valuable chance to discover their own personal challenges, biases or pre-conceived notions about underserved client populations and communities. As a result of this awareness and reflection, they develop strategies to deepen cultural competence.
This project is individually scheduled and is generally done after having successfully completed most of the coaching courses in the certificate program, but prior to embarking on the Mastery course (coaching practicum).
Coaching Mastery: Express Your Artistry and Professional Competence
Prerequisites: Be a transformative coach, available to activate your artistry, inspired to integrate your previous learning and ready to invite change consciously for clients. Participants must complete all previous program courses and reading assignments and submit a Client Coaching Hours Log that documents a minimum of 50 hours with at least 5 clients.
inviteCHANGE Coaching Mastery is a community of practice that will support you to identify and embody your unique signature as a coach. This course will strengthen your core coaching competency demonstration; offer personalized mentor coaching from our certified mentor coach faculty and allow you to engage in peer learning labs weekly. Once you reach a minimum of 100 hours coaching clients, you will then prepare and complete your final written and oral examinations necessary to earn certification.
