Case Management Training Series for Fall 2011

Antioch's Center for Continuing Education is offering a series of day-long trainings geared to the needs of social service case managers.

Who should attend:

Case Managers in social service agencies serving a variety of client populations.  Instructor permission required for those not currently working as a case manager. Contact the Center for Continuing Education if you have questions.

Tuition: $125 per participant per day of training.

Discounts:

  • Teams of two or more employees from an agency receive a discounted tuition of $110 per participant per day of training.
  • Graduates of our Case Management Best Practices certificate program may register for any of the trainings in this series for a discounted tuition of $110.
  • Those registering prior to August 22, 2011 receive an early-bird discounted tuition of $110 per person.

Acceptable forms of payment:
We accept cash*, checks, money orders, Visa and Mastercard from individuals and agencies.   *Please do not mail cash. If you plan to use cash to pay your tuition, please contact us to let us know you plan to come by our office to pay and register.

Third party billing:

Most participants in this program are employees of local social service agencies. Their first step is usually to discuss the program with their supervisor to determine if the agency will support participation. If the supervisor has given permission to participate and the agency has approved paying for the employee's professional development, the appropriate agency representative should fill out the billing section of the registration form and submit it to Antioch's Center for Continuing Education. Antioch will issue an invoice to the agency and register the participant.  Agencies must commit to remitting payment no later than 30 days after the date of the invoice.

Getting Registered:

Please download, complete and submit the training series registration form as soon as possible.  If you are an employee who is seeking agency permission to attend, please feel free to contact our office to let us know of your intention to participate while you are waiting for your agency to officially process your request.
