Antioch will offer a Post Doctoral Certificate in Psychopharmacology starting fall 2008 for licensed psychologists interested in expanding their scope of practice.

As a graduate of the program, you will be able to:

  • Better integrate the knowledge of mind and body within your clinical practice
  • Immediately qualify for consulting work that requires knowledge of psychotropic drugs
  • Differentiate yourself from other psychologists in the market
  • Be prepared for prescribing in states where legally allowed

Psychopharmacology students engage in classroom and/or distance learning and proctorship with expert faculty in Antioch's School of Applied Psychology, Counseling and Family Therapy. The program design features scheduling for busy professionals, along with a cohort model for continued professional support. Values of ethical practice, social responsibility and cultural diversity are part of the student's learning experience.
