On Interest Area "I'm fascinated by the development of humans of all ages, especially cognitive development. I was trained in an infant research laboratory, then found myself at Antioch College, so my interest shifted to how students learn in an alternating work and study program. Now my research interests are focusing on how research training impacts clinical practice, and vice versa." "I love working in higher education, the site of so much remarkable development. All faculty love to learn and share a secret: we learn more from students than they do from us. I want students in the Psy.D program to see themselves as skilled researchers and learn from them what are the burning questions in clinical psychology."
