Welcome to Antioch University Seattle's School of Applied Psychology, Counseling and Family Therapy (hereafter, the School). These programs draw individuals with a passion for making a difference in the world through their work in psychology.

The School offers strong innovative graduate training programs in psychology designed for students with a commitment to social justice within a culturally diverse community. Explore the many exciting training options that include: degree programs, work in the on-site Clinic, as well as opportunities for involvement in a variety of research studies and outreach projects.

The School offers an M.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Counseling with specialization options and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.). Students in the master's program may choose from the following:

• Couple and Family Therapy (CFT)
• Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC)
• Art Therapy (with CFT or CMHC)
• Drama Therapy (with CFT or CMHC)
• Integrative Studies in Psychology (ISP, non-clinical)
  • Ecopsychology (with ISP)
  • Individualized Study (with ISP)

The Doctorate in Clinical Psychology offers students concentration options that may change based on student demand.

The School is home to the Antioch Community Counseling and Psychology Clinic. As a student in the School's graduate programs, your first clinical experience occurs in the clinic under the supervision of the clinical faculty. The clinic not only serves as a training site for School graduate students but also provides high quality accessible psychological services to the community both on campus and at satellite locations throughout the Puget Sound region.

Students in the School have the opportunity to be mentored by a remarkable group of faculty. Faculty members are actively engaged as practitioners, researchers, policy makers and advocates in a range of settings throughout Washington state as well as on the national scene. Working closely alongside your faculty mentor is a central component of your Antioch experience.
