Karyn Lazarus has extensive experience in organizational development, human resources, management of change and training. She has designed and co-led change programs for profit and nonprofit organizations. Her work focuses on building communities whose purpose is to fulfill on a task while deepening their relationships with each other. Organizations she has worked with include Hewlett-Packard, the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners, Northwest Center, Thrive by Five, Washington Sustainable Food and Farming Network and the Oregon Department of Environment Quality. While at Hewlett Packard, her organizational development and management skills played an integral role in the rapid growth and success of the inkjet printing business.
