How many credits do I need to transfer into the program?

Can I do my student teaching internship at a school of my choice?
Several factors determine where you do your student teaching. Antioch's
staff considers requests and cannot promise to accommodate your
preference.
How long is the program?
The program is eight quarters. It includes courses, field experiences and a concentrated student teaching quarter.
When are classes?
The cohort of 20 students generally meets two evenings a week and
Saturdays every other week.
Can I work full time during the day while in this program?
Full-time employment is discouraged unless you have flexibility in your schedule. Flexible, part-time employment typically can be managed more easily. You must have some availability during the day for field placement experiences.
Does Antioch have an online program?
Not at this time. We do use computer technologies to enhance the program and offer courses at the Seattle campus and the Muckleshoot Tribal College in Auburn, where Antioch has a First Peoples' partnership. Please Request Information about where you might be able to attend.
Do I need to pass the WEST-B before I can be admitted to the program?
Yes. Generally, we ask all students to take and pass the WEST-B test as a pre-condition for admissions.
What if I do not pass the WEST-B?
In a limited number of cases, a student may be accepted to the program under the condition that the WEST-B be passed by the end of the second quarter.
Is Antioch compliant with Title II?
