Center for Teaching and Learning | Faculty Development

The Center for Teaching and Learning offers quarterly workshops and forums that engage faculty in collegial and intellectual conversations on issues related to teaching and scholarly activity at AUS. These programs offer collaboration among faculty across programs. Faculty may also request a personal consultation regarding issues related to teaching.

Recent forums include conversations about "progressive education." The Center also holds regular workshops on topics such as responding to student writing, writing narrative assessments, using technology in the classroom, using Sakai and designing assignments.
