The Center offers five master's degree programs:

M.A. in Communication focuses on developing the communication tools and skills to move your ideas forward. Learn to frame issues so they resonate with target audiences and to select the best media to use to communicate your message. You become a better listener, negotiator and advocate for sustainable change.

M.A. in Environment and Community prepares you to become a creative leader of environmental and community sustainability. This degree combines natural and social science perspectives. Whether you are an environmental activist, a teacher, an urban planner, a consultant, a scientist or a business leader, this degree helps you to understand environmental and social problems, and gives you the tools to design and implement creative solutions.

M.S. in Management and Leadership focuses on growing your creative leadership and management skills. Graduates of this program combine visionary leadership and practical skills with the ability to work in a rapidly changing, global business environment.

M.A. in Organizational Development enables you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself as a leader of creative change and to revitalize organizations and communities. Graduates of this program include human resource and labor relations experts, marketing specialists, trainers and coaches, program directors and consultants.

M.A. in Whole Systems Design prepares you to approach situations in terms of their contexts, interrelationships and dynamics. Learn to use systems thinking to design sustainable, creative solutions to today's challenges.
