Mary Lou Finley

Mary Lou Finley, Ph.D., M.P.H., core faculty in the B.A. in Liberal Studies completion program – Finley’s professional experience includes community organizing and work with social service organizations, particularly those that serve the needs of homeless women. She has published work on organizing social movements and has considerable expertise with the civil rights movement. Her interests also include nonviolence studies, race, class and gender studies, health issues in developing countries and the sociology of health and illness.
