President

President Cassandra Manuelito-Kerkvliet, Ph.D., came to Antioch University Seattle in 2007, bringing with her a wealth of experience in higher education, including serving as the first woman president of Diné College, the first tribally controlled community college, located in Tsaile, Arizona.

Members of the President’s Team

Wendy Dahl, M.A., executive assistant to the president and assistant secretary, board of trustees, joined Antioch University Seattle in 1997. She brings to her position experience as a university staff member, as a graduate student and as an alumna with a degree in Psychology.

Shana Hormann, Ph.D., associate academic dean and dean of students, has a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change from Antioch University. Hormann was a core faculty member in the Antioch master's program in organizational development and was the lead on the First Peoples' Program in Creative Change at the Muckleshoot Tribal College. She served on the faculty of University of Alaska S.E. for ten years, teaching for the university in a maximum-security prison and in the outlying villages. Read more about Dr. Shana Hormann.

Betsy Raleigh, M.B.A., vice president for administration and finance, joined Antioch University Seattle in 2009. She worked for several years in the oil industry in Alaska and then for the past 13 years in various significant administrative responsibilities at the University of Washington including Administrator to the Dean of the School of Business where she was responsible for budget and finance, audits and compliance, purchasing, facility management of four buildings, human resources and emergency management.

Peter M. Rojcewicz, Ph.D., vice president for academic affairs and dean of the faculty, came to Antioch University Seattle in 2011. He earned an M.A. degree in English from Northeastern University and a Ph.D. degree in folklore and folk life from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Rojcewicz previously served as dean of the School of Holistic Studies at John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill, CA. Read more about Dr. Peter M. Rojcewicz.
